In a self inquiry you will see all information that we have stored about you. You can easily order it at our customer support. Once a year you have the right to obtain the information without any costs involved.

You will receive your self inquiry by mail within the statutary period of 30 days.

In case of any questions we are at your disposal on our hotline at 0900 274 324 (1.75 CHF/min.) from 08:00 till 12:00 and from 13:30 till 17:00.
